Question: Can I take oxy elite pro the day after drinking? Can I take it in the morning and then have a few drinks like low carb alcoholic liquor like vodka later in the day?

Best Answer:

Alcohol and OxyELITE Pro do NOT Mix
Second, the only reason you should be on OxyELITE Pro is if you’re serious about dieting, losing weight, getting healthy, and dropping body fat percentage points. If that’s the case, then alcohol should be cut from your plans.
It is again counterproductive to your goals, and in more ways than one:
Alcohol and Dieting – The Problems
- Decreased Protein Synthesis – This is the first big one. You put your body in a terrible position, forcing it to break down muscle tissue as you become catabolic (breaking down muscle tissue – how dieters become “skinny fat” which is extremely unattractive).
- Fat Storage – The second big one. Simultaneously as above, you’re adding awful carbohydrate-based calories to your system, often late at night, which adds to fat storage. And we consider alcohol to be a carbohydrate – carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen are in there.
- Decreased Testosterone, Increased Estrogen – If drinking heavily, you will be affected. Here’s another great source. It is fair to note that a very low dosage of alcohol does not do this, though.
- Decreased Performance – The next day, you are not the same, and you know it. Your workouts are worse, as are your dietary decisions, making a “one day cheat” into two.
It’s TOXIC! Are you seriously trying to get healthy?!Your liver and pancreas are needed for your dietary plan, not processing last night’s idiocy!

The list goes on, but you can see that in this great thread by Dexterium in the USPLabs forum.
Other Warnings – The CDC
Even the center for disease control had to put out warnings regarding the mixing of stimulants and alcohol. it is here.
