You can contact us if you’d like assistance with your blood pressure though. It starts with some other supplementation and lifestyle/diet change, notably the OxyELITE Pro Diet, which removes sugars, grains, processed food (which brings tons of sodium) and fake fats from your diet. These are the real killers, in our opinions.

The following recommendations are NOT the opinions of USPLabs. Consult your doctor before beginning any supplementation:

First, we supplement 5g of fish oil with plenty of DHA and EPA, which has been shown to help. See these Fish Oil Benefits for studies proving this.Second, many cases of hypertension are caused by an electrolyte imbalance. This has been known and proven by studies since the 1960s – but we rarely DO anything about it! Instead, we “treat the effect and not the cause”, further medicating ourselves and prolonging the actual problem.

Beware of an Electrolyte Imbalance!

An estimated 95% of cases of high blood pressure are caused by capillary loss, which is also known as rarefaction. This is the result of an electrolyte imbalance. Someone with high blood pressure has a body that has become “confused”, and stores too many electrolytes. This leads to blockages and circulatory damage, which reduces the number of capillaries in the skin, thus making your blood pressure rises. It’s not a good situation.

But this damage can be stopped and even reversed. In order to do so, we must make the body believe that there is a constant surplus of electrolytes. We recommend speaking to your doctor about this, and to fix your diet with the OxyELITE Pro Diet, before going on potentially dangerous prescription drugs. But, as always, speak to your doctor first and follow his or her advice.

In the meantime, see http://pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=electrolytes for tons of electrolyte-filled recipes, including refreshing lemonades and smoothies. Also note that Modern BCAA, USPLabs’ intra-workout sports drink supplement, has electrolytes and a lot more, with no sugar and no calories! You can read about them on our article, Why Dieters Need to be Using BCAAs. The benefits of the electrolytes for blood pressure come along with it!
