Cardio cardio cardio. that’s all some people talk about when it comes to “weight loss”, or more preferably, “burning fat”. We love cardio, but let’s be honest about two points:
First, cardio is not the only thing there is to burning fat. Diet (eating REAL, whole foods and tons of green and leafy vegetables) is most important. So is lifting weights, occasionally lifting heavy weights.
Second, slow, low-impact cardio is not the only form of cardio, and does not get the fastest results. You must also involve occasional High Intensity Interval Training, otherwise known as HIIT, in order to trigger a proper response in your body to actually tone muscle and burn fat. So let’s talk about cardio.
All About Cardio
Nowadays, people can burn fat in various ways. For the physically adventurous, they can go out and jog, take long walks, hike along mountain trails and swim in bodies of water or pools. It is now generally known that these strenuous exercises can burn many calories and help one trim ones weight.
However, the assumption in doing these things is that one must have a lot of time and money to spend for. Time is necessary in the sense that you have to spend time working on your body regardless of what style of cardio you do. But you also don’t need to be on an elliptical machine for hours on end with your cardio.
Simply “burning calories”, and then going out and eating a bunch of processed crap is a ZERO SUM game!! You will get nowhere doing this! You must also shock your muscles into repairing themselves long after the cardio session is over. For this, you need more intense workout, as uncomfortable as it may be.
There are two ways to get your body to burn fat faster. The first is to take OxyELITE Pro, the top thermogenic fat burner on the market. It’s proven to help burn fat in the right areas, and we have tons of unadulterated reviews on this site showing everyone’s success stories. We’ll talk about that later.
The second way is to look into different forms of cardio that are of higher intensity. HIIT is mentioned above, and this is a class of exercise that you’ve most likely been ignoring. You can do similar things that are of higher impact, such as cardio kickboxing. You need to stimulate your body’s “fight or flight” response to trigger the hormonal processes that really put your fat to work.
Remember, our bodies store fat for a reason – we are evolutionarily wired to conserve it for the future “emergencies”. To burn it, beyond your diet and supplementation, you need to exercise in ways that MOBILIIZE that fat. And HIIT workouts such as the one we post above, as well as things like swimming sprints and cardio kickboxing, are great ways to do this.
But, of course, there are no absolutes when it comes to training. All training is good training. It’s good and natural for your body to go on long, slow walks. It’s good to have rest days. But are you weightlifting? Are you sprinting? If you are not, then you are not covering all bases, and your results will not come as quickly as needed.
The Supplementation Part – OxyELITE Pro and Cardio
OxyELITE Pro (sometimes simply called OEP on this site) is a product of USPlabs and is a thermogenic supplement good for both males and females. It’s thermogenic as it raises your body heat and literally burns fat, speeds the metabolism, and targets activity in the thyroid to mobilize fat. It’s great alone (but we do NOT recommend a poor diet with this), but when taken before a workout, the energy kick is phenomenal.
A bottle of OxyELITE Pro has 90 capsules, and every capsule does contain some caffeine and 1,3 Dimethylamylamine-HCl, two stimulants that suppress appetite and boost your thermogenesis (the heat mentioned above). It is all natural. There is also Yohimbe bark extract, also natural, which targets the fat receptors in nasty areas like lovehandles.
No prescription is needed – OxyELITE is over the counter and legal. It aims to increase energy levels, burn off fat, and decrease appetite. This product is pharmacist formulated and scientifically reviewed. Definitely take it with plenty of water, especially when you’re working out!
So it works great, but it really works best within proper diet and exercise. Long cardio workouts are a part of that, yes, but we also want you to experiment once or twice a week with a 20 minute long HIIT workout. It’s hell when you’re doing it, but when it’s over, you’ll feel incredible AND you haven’t just “wasted” an hour – it’s a faster workout. You can now go and lift some weights too, and your body will be recovering for longer. Longer recovery = longer fat burning!!!
To quote from one review:
One of the best things about OxyELITE is that it helped me find Marc Lobliner, who wrote Fat Loss Factor, a totally free book that goes into the HIIT workout on the cardio machine. I also did slow cardio on the stepmill on other days, but this HIIT stuff took me to the next level!!! 20 minutes and I was WIPED out but I could knock down another belt notch after one week of doing Marc’s diet and training!
Marc’s plan mentioned and linked above is awesome – lots of real, whole foods, and weights, LISS (low impact steady state) cardio, as well as the HIIT cardio. All training is good training, so don’t forget to do a bit of everything – and Marc hits on it all!
Other forms of Cardio to do with OEP
Given these concerns, another review gives tips to make for an ideal combination between OxyELITE Pro and Cardio kickboxing workout. People interested in doing such activities have to a.) consider whether their current level of fitness allows them to undergo strenuous physical activities — ie, start easy if you’re new to this!!!
Stuff like cardio kickboxing and cardio barre is amazing, but start in a beginner’s class. Same goes for spin and swimming – where technique is hugely important. Work up to the intermediate levels. Get a trainer and do things right – in the gym too.
Then learn more about studying the proper ways of the workout such as kicking, holding dumbbells, right repetition of a single high-impact movement, and avoiding injuries. OxyELITE Pro is hugely helpful in any cardio workout since it provides you with the energy needed to sustain any of the actions mentioned above.
It is also best to read online reviews about the use of OEP. While it is also better to read on information about such items either online or through print literature, users can do well to learn about reactions by health buffs.
For instance, in the forums, users can learn more about the reactions and comments of fellow health buffs about the use of OEP in relation to their respective Cardio workout schedules. A user, for example, asks about the effects of caffeine on his use of OXYELIT. Sometimes a user wonders which among the cardio exercises are better at burning off ones fats. We like HIIT, but the fact is, all training is good. Some is just better than others, but that doesn’t mean you neglect one or the other. We simply can’t sprint every single day unless you’re 20 years old!
The site advises that high-intensity cardio exercises can be more effective in burning off one fats since the body is required to do more strenuous activities and, hence needs more energy and calories to sustain such efforts. In addition, the site also advises the user to do high-intensity exercises with interval training so as not to be easily exhausted.
